Copy Rows

I searched but could not find how to copy a row and paste multiple times for example.
I will break an estimate down with multiple items in one category and sub category,
Site Preparations>Demo Surfaces> Demo walls
Site Preparations>Demo Surfaces>Demo ceilings
Site Preparations>Demo Sufaces>Demo chicken
Is there an easier way to do this?

You can duplicate the row above by choosing Edit--Table--Fill Down.

One other thing that helps for fast entry is to use the keyboard, and type just the first letter or two of each category/subcategory/item. You can tab from cell to cell, and enter data very quickly-- at least if you remember the names.

And of course, once you've set up an estimate, choose Template This Item from the Options menu. Then when you have a similar project, start with the template, and you won't have to think so hard.
